Welcome to the table

A small board.
A surprisingly deep contest.

Begin in the bathhouse with Gaius and a guided game of Venatio. Slide your hounds along the stone’s engraved lines, close the gaps and try to corner the hare. Then take the other side and find a way out.

Learn by playing.

A guided first hunt introduces the board. Practise with training exercises, study a position in the Lab or return for a short daily challenge.

Read your opponent.

Meet merchants, soldiers and familiar faces along the road. Every table brings a different setting and a fresh contest.

Play at your pace.

Choose a quick game or settle into the campaign. Larger text, reduced motion and move confirmation help you make the table your own.

A few things to know.

Do I need an account or internet connection?

The current Mac edition plays offline after installation, with no Camis account. Your progress and preferences are saved locally. Downloads and updates may require an internet connection.

Can I play against another person online?

The current edition focuses on games against computer opponents. It does not connect to online matchmaking, global leaderboards or cloud saves.

Are the images actual gameplay?

The four labelled gameplay screenshots were captured from the Mac build. The landscape at the top is campaign artwork. The game is still in development, so its presentation may change.
